We are planning to start Mii Contest Channel this November.

The next one is a game information channel, which will be called in Japan, "Nintendo Channel for All". When your Wii is connected with the Internet, you can receive game-related visuals on Wii or can test play DS software.

Maybe, it would be easier for you to imagine this as simpler versions of the DS Station and the Wii Station that we are installing at nationwide retail outlets, but now bringing them to your home. On the Stations at retailers, footage is shown automatically. As for this Channel, you can check the information at the speed with which you are most comfortable. One of the most unique features of this channel is found in its name, "Nintendo Channel for All." Users of Wii who have actually purchased a certain software title will effectively cast a 'vote' only once. Based upon that information, we will try to help our customers search for the software that will best match their taste and play style. Also, subject to prior approval from the users, we would like to gather play history data stored in their Wii console, and they can check how the specific games are being played in the country.

Due to the time constraint today, I have to fast-forward this, but you can input gender, age and your degree of the recommendation in a rather simple way, and you will vote for, "this game is for which type of players." Of course, all the data Nintendo will gather will be used for statistics, and rest assured that we will not use them with their personal information.

Also, we will design it so that you will be able to enjoy at home a simpler version of the DS software trial service currently available at DS Stations across the nation.
